استجابة لحالة اسعافية منقذة لحياة طفلة في بلدة محكان في ريف دير الزور
In response to an emergency situation that saved the life of a child in the town of Mahkan in the countryside of Deir ez-Zor

راجع والد الطفلة …. البالغة من العمر ٩ أشهر ووالدتها المركز الطبي التابع لجمعية نبض سورية بالتعاون مع منظمة الصحة العالمية ومديرية الصحة في دير الزور ببلدة محكان .
بشكاية اسهال وإقياء مع اعطائها الأدوية ( من قبل والدتها ) دون جدوى ,
تم إجراء الفحص الطبي للطفلة والكشف عن حالة تسمم غذائي مع تسارع بنبضات القلب بمعدل ١٨٠ .
تم إسعاف الطفلة بسيارة الإسعاف الخاصة بالجمعية وبإشراف ومرافقة طبيب المركز إلى مشفى الميادين الطبي (المشفى الوطني)
وإجراء كافة الاسعافات اللازمة من قبل الطبيب ومراقبة الوظائف الحيوية ونبضات القلب للطفلة لحين استقرار وضعها تمت متابعة حالة الطفلة في المنزل لاحقاً وتزويد والدتها بالأدوية اللازمة.

Complaining of diarrhea and vomiting while being given medication (by her mother ) to no avail ,
A medical examination of the child was carried out and a case of food poisoning with an accelerated heartbeat was detected at a rate of ١٨٠ .
The child was taken by the association’s ambulance under the supervision and escort of the center’s doctor to Al-Mayadeen Medical Hospital (National Hospital)
The child’s vital functions and heartbeat are monitored by the doctor until her condition is stabilized.the child’s condition was followed up at home later and her mother was provided with the necessary medicines.
