قام فريق نبض سورية التابع لمشروع الصحة العالمية الاسعافي في مركز العشارة الصحي
بالاستجابة لحادث سقوط طفل على الأرض من مكان مرتفع.
حيث قام الفريق باستقبال الحالة واستيعاب الاهالي والصدمة التي تعرضوا لها وعلى الفور قاموا بإجراء الاسعافات اللازمة.
ومن خلال الاعراض المصحوبة لحالة الطفل التي تدل على وجود نزيف داخلي في الدماغ كان من الضروري عرض الطفل على صورة شعاعية
التي تبين من خلالها تعرض الطفل لكسر في الجمجمة
وقام الفريق ع الفور بتحويل الطفل إلى المشفى الوطني في دير الزور بسيارة الاسعاف الخاصة بجمعية نبض سورية
ومرافقة الطفل إلى المشفى واجراء صورة طبقي محوري ومتابعة الحالة إلى أن استقرت حالة الطفل.
تم تقديم الأدوية اللازمة مع زيارات دورية إلى منزل الطفل لغاية الشفاء التام.

From which it turns out that the child suffered a skull fracture
The team immediately transferred the child to the National Hospital in Deir ez-Zor by the ambulance of the Syrian pulse Association
Accompanying the child to the hospital, conducting a focal CT scan and following up the case until the child’s condition stabilizes.
The necessary medicines were provided with periodic visits to the child’s home until complete recovery.
